What is the Pass Plus?
Firstly you will need have your provisional driving licence before booking an intensive driving course, once you have that in place you will need to pass your theory so when you contact us we can book your driving test for the end of the course.
Everyone is different when it comes to learning to drive, it also depends on what previous experience each individual has had. The national average for a Novice with no previous driving experience is 40 to 50 hours while someone who has had driving lessons before might only need 20 to 30 hours. *10 hour mini intensive. (Experienced)
This is for pupils who have had a lot previous driving experiences or trouble passing there the driving test. That just need refreshing on certain areas.
*20 hour mini intensive. (Semi experienced)
This is for pupils with some road experience either with tuition or generally been in and around cars and motorcycles.
* 30 hour intensive course (Confident)
This is for pupils who have had little experience on the road but looks confident after the assessment.
* 40 hour intensive course (Novice)
This is for the novice pupil with no experience what so ever and is ideal for pupils with little or no time due to education or work commitments.
The Pass Plus is designed to give you extra driving training and education to make you a better driver, let’s face it you can never stop learning. It covers a lot of areas with more detail and most insurance companies could give you up to 25% off your yearly quote.
Most new drivers think that just because they have passed their driving test that they are the complete driver, unfortunately this isn’t the case. The average learner driver needs 40 to 60 hours of driving training to pass their driving test. Did you know that most car accidents or near misses for new drivers happen within 12 to 18 months of passing their driving test, so completing a Pass Plus course could reduce this from happening.
