Covid-19 is now a reality everywhere. The virus has changed Driving schools and the ways we live and work. We know that many people are uncertain and anxious about what comes next.
While we can’t predict what will happen, we want to assure you that NxtGen recognises the risks associated with Covid-19 and is coordinating to ensure we continue to best serve our Instructors and Customers while keeping our people safe.
We would like to share with you the key actions we are now taking, internally and externally, with business continuity in mind.
Official and Medical Guidance:
We monitor constantly the guidance provided by the authorities in every territory in which we are present. We ensure that we keep our staff current on all relevant official advice and directives, and fashion our internal guidelines accordingly. We have taken advice from medical specialists on the nature of Covid-19 and ensured our staff have access to the expertise.
From Monday 23rd March our Driving Instructors have been asked to cease driving lessons until further notice, the safety of our driving instructor and customers is paramount during this time.
Additionally, we have advised all staff to stay at home for at least 14 days if they, or a member of their household, is unwell. If there is more than one person in any household who is unwell, it could be longer than 14 days.
We continue to support staff who may have concerns about their own health or anyone close to them. Those people have been encouraged to stay home for up to 12 weeks, in line with Government advice.
How to contact us:
Due to our offices being closed we won’t be taking calls for driving lessons, however if you wish to contact us via email please do so on email@example.com all emails will be monititored and replied to with 24 to 48 hours.
