Covid-19 is now a reality everywhere. The virus has changed Driving schools and the ways we live and work. We know that many people are uncertain and anxious about what comes next.

While we can’t predict what will happen, we want to assure you that NxtGen recognises the risks associated with Covid-19 and is coordinating to ensure we continue to best serve our Instructors and Customers while keeping our people safe.

We would like to share with you the key actions we are now taking, internally and externally, with business continuity in mind.

Official and Medical Guidance:

We monitor constantly the guidance provided by the authorities in every territory in which we are present. We ensure that we keep our staff current on all relevant official advice and directives, and fashion our internal guidelines accordingly. We have taken advice from medical specialists on the nature of Covid-19 and ensured our staff have access to the expertise.

From Monday 4th January 2021 our Driving Instructors have been asked to cease driving lessons until we are moved from tier 4 to tier 3, the safety of our driving instructor and customers is paramount during this time. Unfortunately the DVSA haven’t given Us powers to teach key workers during this lock down.

How to contact us:

Due to our offices being closed, we won’t be taking calls for driving lessons, we will be contacting those who have courses booked to rearrange the dates, however if you wish to contact us via email, please do so on

Please note that our staff has been furloughed until further notice so response times may vary.
