We’re here to give you driving freedom faster
At NxtGen Driving Academy, nothing motivates us more than training the drivers of tomorrow. Our approved driving instructors (ADIs) located across Suffolk, Norfolk and parts of Essex and Cambridgeshire can help you gain your licence to freedom on the road. With male and female instructors of all ages, Team NxtGen offers fun, informative driving courses that will help you pass your driving test quicker.
There are many different types of vehicles on our roads today. Our list of available driving courses reflects this, with learners throughout East Anglia able to learn in manual and automatic vehicles, as well as gaining licences to tow trailers and drive C1-category light goods vehicles (LGVs) for business and pleasure.
Intensive Driving Courses
Are you in a hurry to pass your driving test? If you have the time to dedicate, NxtGen offers intensive driving courses over a period of days to equip you with all the manoeuvres and knowledge necessary to pass your theory and practical driving tests. We can tailor intensive driving courses to suit your experience level – whether you’re a complete beginner or someone that’s recently failed a test and needing more practice and support, Team NxtGen is here when you need us.
Don’t panic if you can’t afford to pay for your NxtGen intensive driving course up front either. There is another easy way to pay for your course thanks to our partners, Payl8r. If you’re accepted for credit, you can pay for your intensive course in manageable monthly instalment with low rates of interest.
Team NxtGen covers manual driving lessons across Ipswich, Stowmarket, Bury St Edmunds, Thetford, Haverhill, Felixstowe, Woodbridge, Sudbury, Brandon and many more areas of East Anglia. Our approved driving instructors are ready and waiting to help you pass your practical driving test and offer guidance on your theory test too, whenever you need them.
All NxtGen vehicles are fitted with dual controls, allowing your instructor to control the clutch from the passenger seat to help you out when you need it. Whether you’re a complete beginner or you’ve had some lessons in the past but gave up, Team NxtGen can get you test-ready in no time!
Do you own an automatic vehicle that you want to drive after passing your test? Team NxtGen offers automatic driving lessons throughout Suffolk, Norfolk and parts of Essex and Cambridgeshire to help you get to grips with the road without a manual gearbox. Without a clutch pedal, it’s easier to learn how the roads work and focus on your driving technique.
At NxtGen, we find that automatic driving lessons are very popular among disabled learner drivers, and our instructors can work with you to gain your freedom on the road.
Note: If you pass an automatic driving test you will only be able to drive cars with automatic gearboxes. If you want to be able to legally drive automatic and manual cars, you’ll need to pass a manual driving test.
B+E Trailer Training
You might not be aware that towing a trailer without your B+E driving licence is illegal. Fortunately, if you want to obtain your B+E entitlement on your driving licence, Team NxtGen is ready and waiting to offer B+E trailer training at dates and times that fit around your commitments.
Your local NxtGen driving instructor will supply both the car and the trailer. All you have to do is turn up and make the most of our instructor’s expert tuition. We’ll teach you how to thoroughly inspect your vehicle, uncouple and recouple trailers and gain confidence in manoeuvring your trailer on all types of roads.
MGV C1 Training
If your harbour an ambition to become a commercial driver, your local NxtGen driving instructor can take you out on the road for C1 training in one of the franchise’s own MGVs. Our vehicles are fully equipped with state-of-the-art controls and features and excellent all-round visibility to help you get the most out of your C1 driving course.
By passing the C1 driving test you will be allowed to drive small box trucks, horseboxes and commercial vans. Aside from the practical requirements of your MGV C1 test, your NxtGen instructor can also help you with your theory test and arranging for provisional entitlement with the DVLA. With our support and expert tuition, you can achieve your C1 driving licence faster.
