Trainee Driving Instructor

Are you between the age of 21 – 24 years old? Are you unemployed and currently on universal credits?
Would you like to become a driving instructor? You will be trained up to become a driver by NxtGen and will be given the opportunity to work as a driving instructor for a growing brand!

Employed Driving Instructor

Would you consider being an employed driving instructor? Due to an amazing amount of enquiries and bookings we are now in the need of more instructors for our intensive team. So In 2022 onwards, we are looking to increase our intensive section of the company in the East Anglia region. We have different options for employment, take a look at the list at the bottom of this page.

Full Areas List

Option 1 Based on a 30 hours per week and self-employed you will receive the following:

  • £450 per week
  • Fully maintained and insured car
  • Fuel card
  • Diary management
  • Uniform
  • No Hassles just teach
  • No Franchise fees

Option 2 Based on a 30 hours per week you will receive the following:

  • £23,400 per Annum
  • Pension
  • Fully maintained and insured car
  • Fuel card
  • Diary management
  • Work Monday to Friday 9am till 3pm
  • 28 Days Holiday per year
  • Uniform
  • No Hassles just teach

Option 3 Based on a 40 hours per week you receive the following:

  • £27,000 per Annum
  • Pension
  • Fully Maintained and insured car
  • Fuel card
  • Dairy Management
  • Work Monday to Friday 9am till 5.30pm
  • 28 Days Holiday per year
  • Uniform
  • No hassles just teach
